1 Acceptance of Terms

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 98pkt. If 98pkt detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently excluded from the platform.

You are responsible for keeping this information current. 98pkt is not liable for any consequence arising from inaccurate registration details provided by the player.
Residency: 98pkt's services are intended for use by individuals physically located in Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from outside Pakistan do so at their own risk and in accordance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. 98pkt makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction other than where it operates.
KYC Verification: 98pkt reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used — at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 98pkt login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
All activity that takes place through your 98pkt account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, regardless of whether that activity was authorised by you personally. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency: All transactions on 98pkt are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted or paid out. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in your account settings.
Accepted Payment Methods: 98pkt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Visa/Mastercard bank cards, and IBFT bank transfers. You may only use payment methods that are registered in your own name and for which you are the authorised account holder. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
Deposit Processing: Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay are credited to your 98pkt balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank card and IBFT transfers may take up to one working day depending on your financial institution. 98pkt is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking systems outside of its control.
Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed by 98pkt within the timeframes stated at the time of the request. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically clear in under ten minutes. IBFT withdrawals typically settle on the same working day. 98pkt reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
Withdrawal Conditions: To withdraw funds from your 98pkt account, you must have completed the required KYC verification. Funds that were deposited using a bonus and have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled. 98pkt reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
Responsibility for Payment Details: You are responsible for providing accurate payment account details when requesting a withdrawal. 98pkt is not responsible for funds sent to incorrect account details provided by the player. If a withdrawal is returned due to incorrect details, the funds will be credited back to your 98pkt account and the player will be required to submit corrected details.
5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In all cases, the following general conditions apply across all 98pkt promotions.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded on 98pkt are subject to a wagering requirement — a minimum total amount that must be staked before bonus funds or winnings generated from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. One Bonus at a Time: Players may only benefit from one active bonus promotion at a time unless otherwise stated. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses on 98pkt have an expiry date. If the wagering requirement is not met before the expiry date, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Expiry dates are communicated at the time the bonus is issued.
98pkt's Discretion: 98pkt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. 98pkt also reserves the right to withhold or reverse a bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through abuse of multiple accounts, or through exploitation of a technical error.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Finality of Results: Game and bet results settled by 98pkt are final once confirmed by the system. In the case of live casino games, results are determined by the live dealer's actions as recorded on video. Cricket and Sports Betting: All cricket betting markets on 98pkt are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Markets are settled based on the result at the close of the relevant period. 7 Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98pkt and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
- Using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents during KYC verification.
- Using payment methods that do not belong to you or for which you are not the authorised account holder.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or gain an unfair advantage.
